The Clear Skin Diet

Some GPs and even dermatologists claim that diet has no effect on acne.

At Living Skincare, along with thousands of medical professionals around the world, we disagree.

The real question is, how did so many people arrive at this "fact" that acne and diet are unrelated?

Thirty years ago, two studies were undertaken. As Dr. Loren Cordain, Ph.D, a worldwide expert on acne and its relationship to diet, clearly states “both of these dated studies contained fatal flaws in their experimental design which rendered them erroneous."

The good news is, not all experts have it wrong. There are many highly qualified professors, doctors and scientists, from around the world, who are prepared to stand up and speak authentically about what is true in the case of acne and diet.

And the most powerful and exciting part of it all is that you are not helpless against acne, blackheads and pimples. The greatest tool you have to heal and repair your body and your skin is in the food you eat each day.

Over the last thirty years, I have helped thousands of women, men and adolescents with acne, pimples and congestion. There has never been a moment of hesitation in my mind that what we eat is directly related to all of these conditions. And there is very strong, indisputable evidence to prove this.

The Clear Skin Diet will show you how to eat your way back to clear skin and help your body along the way.

Are Toxic Chemicals contributing to my skin problems?

Yes, poisons in skincare must be avoided at all costs.

If you haven’t done so yet, see The Bathroom Detox Challenge.

I assume you understand anything you put on your skin will get absorbed to a varying extent, depending on the substance.

Unfortunately, we are easily seduced by the perfect billboard images and the hope of finding a solution. We don’t consider the products and treatments we are buying and using are having such a devastating effect on our skin and our health.

Let me try and explain it to you simply. Putting something on your skin is almost like eating it. It’s not like your skin is going to keep it all out. A good portion of what is going on your skin is going to be absorbed. Therefore, for a body that is already experiencing challenges manifesting as acne vulgaris, breakouts, and other skin irritations, it is absolutely imperative to use only natural, gentle products, working to restore and rebuild the skin and not burdening it with further toxicity.

That puts many skincare ranges on the market out of the picture, because it’s almost impossible to find a skincare product without preservatives! Let alone a product that’s been designed solely with the health of your skin in mind.

But back to diet. So we’ve discussed a little the relationship diet has to skin health. But what is it that really links them together?

What links diet to skin are hormones.

That’s why, when we go on a clear skin diet, this is synonymous with going on The Happy Hormone Diet.

The Happy Hormone Diet and The Clear Skin Diet are the same. Happy hormones equal clear skin.

Love the support, love the information on this site and truly believe the Living Skincare range is the end of the road. No more searching, my skin loves it!

Karen S. NSW

I have to say, that I am incredibly impressed with the skincare. I'm not sure if I'm imagining things, but there is a definite 'polish' to my skin already; dare I say 'glow'? My skin feels incredibly clean and without a hint of tightness.

Samantha W. VIC

When I was asked to write a testimonial, I didn’t know where to start. I love this range of skincare and the only way I can describe it is that it really is the end of searching for something that will finally work.
